David-DandansanaDavid Rachford is a Yogi and Yoga Teacher with a long time interest in health and fitness.  A lifelong athlete, he has been a competitive body-builder, marathon runner , triathlete, and martial artist.  He’s also known a few injuries, including a debilitating back injury which ended his military career and left him broken both physically and emotionally.  David adds: “I know what it’s like to go from being in the absolute peak of fitness, and losing that in an instant… It was a long road to rehabilitation, and yoga helped restore my health to regain fitness. I aim to create a lifetime of balanced healthy activity.”

As an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, David offers a Power  Vinyasa Flow practice that is both fun, strength building and challenging.  He loves to lead Yoga + HIIT  (High Intensity Interval Training) for weight loss.  Gifted with patience, perseverance and a humble spirit, David offers Senior Yoga for those challenged in mobility.
